It's not traditional couples therapy, it's purpose isn't to fix the relationship right away, but to help each partner gain clarity about whether to try to repair the relationship, move toward separation, or take a break from deciding.

By the end of the day, you’ll have a tailored treatment plan — your roadmap for the days ahead.
Based on the number of days you’ve invested, we’ll dive into enhancing connection through friendship and intimacy, rebuilding trust, and practicing conflict management strategies. You’ll learn how to address recurring issues, manage emotions in the moment, and respond to each other in ways that build emotional safety.
